Welcome Guide
Everything you need for your stay in a Salvatore home, from the online check-in to the day you leave.
Before you arrive
After the free cancellation period you receive the link to our online check-in. There you upload a passport or identity card for every guest, authorise the security deposit of €1,000 on your card and pay the tourist tax. Please also tell us your arrival time, and let us know if you need a baby cot, a high chair or an extra parking space.
Getting here
The nearest airport is Verona (VRN); Bergamo, Milan, Venice, Bologna and Treviso are also within reach, and the nearest train stations are Peschiera del Garda and Verona Porta Nuova. Our VIP transfer in a Mercedes-Benz V-Class with a private driver takes you from the airport or station to your door; you can add it to your booking or under Manage booking. The address and the Google Maps link of your home are in your booking confirmation.
Arrival and keys
Check-in is from 15:00. We welcome you personally, show you the home and hand over the keys. Wi-Fi details, the garage and the waste instructions are explained at check-in. If your arrival time changes, simply send us a WhatsApp message.
Parking and electric cars
Every Bardolino home has its own lockable garage for one car with an ABB wallbox for hybrid and electric cars; an extra space costs €29 per night, subject to availability. In Torri del Benaco and San Zeno di Montagna the private garage takes two cars; in Torri del Benaco there is a standard socket for your own charging cable.
In your home
Every home has free high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Bosch appliances including a washing machine and a dryer, CASA® Collection bed linen and towels, and BARRONA® shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and a hairdryer. There is no daily housekeeping; an extra full cleaning during your stay can be booked in advance.
Pool and whirlpool
The residence pools in Bardolino and Torri del Benaco are open and heated from mid-April to mid-October; there is no lifeguard, so please always supervise children. Homes with a private whirlpool can use it all year round; please close the cover after use. Our premium sun loungers are waiting in your garden or on your terrace.
Waste separation
Italy sorts waste into organic waste, plastic and metal, paper and cardboard, glass, and residual waste. Please use the bins as shown at check-in and keep to the collection rules of the residence or the town.

Departure
Check-out is by 10:00. Please leave the dishes washed or in the running dishwasher, take the waste out, close the windows and return all keys as agreed. The final cleaning is included. The deposit on your card is released after your stay. We look forward to welcoming you back.
